J.C. Patrascioiu
J.C. Patrascioiu is essentially a native of Tucson. Having grown up in Tucson, Mr. Patrascioiu stayed to attend the University of Arizona where he received his Bachelors of Science in Business Economics. Mr. Patrascioiu then earned his law degree from University of Arizona’s James E. Rogers College of Law in 2006.
Immediately following law school, Mr. Patrascioiu prosecuted violent offenses for the Pima County Attorney’s Office for several years, focusing on gun and gang crimes. In that time, Mr. Patrascioiu successfully tried over 70 felony-level jury trials, including several homicides. Mr. Patrascioiu then transitioned his practice to civil litigation, focusing on insurance defense and personal injury since 2012, and has successfully tried over a dozen civil jury trials.
Mr. Patrascioiu handles cases throughout southern Arizona including Cochise county, Maricopa County, Pinal County, Santa Cruz County and Yuma County. He is currently President of the Tucson Chapter of American Board of Trial Advocates. He is also a past Board Member of the Arizona Association of Defense Counsel and past President of the Tucson Defense Bar Association, and remains a member of both organizations.
