Dennis C. Bastron

Dennis Bastron has over twelve years of experience litigating civil cases in Arizona. Before joining Curl, Glasson & Patrascioiu, P.L.C., his practice focused on defending public employees and government entities in tort and civil rights cases. Dennis defended excessive force, wrongful arrest and other police liability cases for government defendants. He also has experience litigating motor vehicle accidents, premises liability cases, dog bite injuries, employment disputes, product liability claims, workplace injuries, road design cases, and contract disputes. Dennis has handled defense cases through every step of civil litigation, from initial evaluation through trial and appeal. He has appears in ten trials, authored over a dozen appellate briefs, and argued in front of the Ninth Circuit. In 2021, the Ninth Circuit issued a published decision in one of Dennis’s cases, Nieves Martinez v. United States, 997  F.3d 867 (9th Cir. 2021).
