Biography
David L. Curl focuses his practice in the areas of personal injury litigation, insurance defense, civil trials and construction law. Born in Paris, Ill., Mr. Curl received his undergraduate degree from the University of Illinois and his law degree from Southern Illinois University School of Law, where he was named to the Order of Barristers and was a member of the Moot Court Board. He was admitted to the bar in Illinois in 1977, Arizona in 1980, and Texas in 1988. He is admitted to practice in federal court and has argued or briefed cases in the 5th Circuit, the 7th Circuit, the 9th Circuit, the Court of Appeal for the Federal Circuit, and U.S. Supreme Court. Mr. Curl is a member of the State Bar of Arizona He is also past-president of the Tucson Defense Bar Association. He has tried more than 100 jury trials. AV Peer Review Rated
